We are deeply committed to the quality and aroma of our organic spices. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. We offer a comprehensive, hassle-free 30-day return policy on all qualifying spice orders.

Guidelines for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To preserve quality control, bulk spice packages must have at least 80% of their original contents remaining.
• Reusable glass jars must be packed securely in their original packaging to prevent transit breakage.

The Refund Process

Once we receive your return shipment, our quality control team will inspect the items (usually completed within 24 hours). Upon approval:

1. We will process a full refund directly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking).
2. Refund credits usually take between 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
3. Alternatively, you can opt for instant store credit to purchase other premium spices from our catalog.

To initiate a return, simply head to your customer dashboard, select the order, and click the "Request Return" button, or contact us at returns@organicspices.com. We will provide a pre-paid printable shipping label for your return parcel.
