Sourcing & Product Quality

Are all of your products certified organic?

Absolutely. Every single product in our catalog is 100% certified organic. We have zero tolerance for synthetic fertilizers, chemical pesticides, or genetic modification. We work closely with organic certifying bodies to regularly inspect and verify our full production supply chain.

How are your products processed?

We preserve ancient traditions. Our partner farmers hand-harvest crops at peak potency, and sun-dry them slowly. No artificial heat dehydration or chemical gas sterilizations are used. This keeps the natural volatile oils, aromas, and minerals completely intact.

Shipping & Deliveries

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship nationwide! Shipping is free on all orders over ₹500 (or $50, depending on currency). For smaller orders, a standard carbon-neutral shipping flat fee of ₹50 ($5) is added at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

Since our products are natural health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns once packages are opened. However, if your items arrive damaged or defective, let us know within 14 days and we will immediately process a refund or replacement free of charge.
